Overview

A rotating rocket that counts its own spins! The Estes Spin Control does just that! This super-spinning, interactive rocket features a sophisticated Spin-O-Meter Electronic Nose Cone and an extraordinary rocket that has an adjustable fin! With seven fin settings and multiple engine choices, you can compare how one fin setting and one engine combination spins the rocket. This advanced spin tracking capsule has an easy to read, digital spin-o-meter that records your results!

Using standard Estes B and C engines, the electronic Spin Control rocket can be launched to over 600 feet (183 m). The capsule and rocket return safely to Earth using a vivid 12 inch (30 cm) preassembled parachute. After the rocket lands, you check the capsule's display screen to see how many spins the rocket made. For the next spin prediction, insert a different engine, change the fin setting and try to predict how many spins it will make!

The Spin Control Starter Set comes complete with button-cell batteries, a launch pad and launch controller, Estes engines (2) and the ready to fly Spin Control rocket. Requires four AA alkaline batteries (for your controller) - sold separately. Recommended for ages 10 and up with adult supervision for those under 12.
