Pre-Owned and Certified

This category of items are Pre-Owned items that have been certified by Chicagoland Toys and Hobbies to be in like new condition.  These items may have been slightly run, or run just for testing purposes but contain no obvious scratches or flaws and are fully operational. 
The items in this category are not covered under a manufacturer's warranty, but Chicagoland Toys and Hobbies will apply our repair, replace or refund warranty for 14 days from purchase.  If the item is returned under our repair, replace or refund warranty, the purchaser agrees to cover shipping costs back to us.

These items maybe considered used, but when you get one of these beauties in your hand, it will be New to You.
